Description:

Small moth of 5 mm, black, brown and grey with some raised patches. At rest, it forms a slightly tent-like shape. Family Tortricidae.

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.

Beautiful! Certainly a Tortricidae; genus Platynota fits the shape, pattern and general coloration, though I’ve been unable to discern a perfect species match.
or Pyralidoidea?? Not sure.
