Description:

These are three moose. There a mama and twins that were on the the road. When I first saw the youngsters, I thought that they were adult deer. Female Eastern Moose stand on average 1.7m (5–6 ft) at the shoulder and weigh 270–260 kg (600-800 lbs).

Habitat:

I took this picture late at night near Moosehead Lake.
