Hi alex11, yes, it's a female Stag Beetle (Lucanus cervus). Could be mistaken as Dorcus parallelipipedus, but your beetle has a subtle brownish-violet shimmer on its elytrons, which is typical for L. cervus. Besides that they also have different antennae - D. parallelipipedus has "bulbs" at the end (don't know if it's the right word in english :-/) and the ones of L. cervus look more like a comb.
