Flame Tree

Spotted during my walk around Musallah al Eid in Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai, UAE. This tree is commonly found throughout Dubai. Wood is smooth. Leaves are ever green. Flowers in late April/early May. This year they've flowered later and till now some trees have full blooms or buds. Mom calls them "May Trees" but isn't sure if it is an accurate name. I would therefore appreciate your help in finding the name of this tree both scientifically & generically
