Wildlife Spotting

Found a few of these in my yard several times over the past few months. There is no obvious odor, the don't move and seem almost like dried caulk or rubber - but they are hollow (wall thickness about 4-5mm). Can't tell if they are scat or some left over construction adhesive or a fungus.
