Description:

found in sweep net, Bald Hill Park, Corvallis, OR

Habitat:

found in a sweep of grass under Quercus garryana, oregon white oak.

Notes:

i might have the species ID wrong. It looks more like C. nucum (compared to C. glandium) on the wikipedia page using the image of the antennae, but I have not keyed it out and am not a weevil expert.
