At first glance, it looks more like the Portia widow, but I peered closely at the wing patterns, and it matched up nicely with this one: http://www.sntc.org.sz/biodiversity/sdodonataphotos.asp?pid=1241&spid=1150
Thanks Kate. The black design on the wings fooled me. Different from the male.
