Description:

Robust climbing perennial with very large and striking bright rosy-purple flowers with a darker purple keel, in clusters of 1-4. Leaflets usually 1 pair, ovate.

Habitat:

Open wood.

Notes:

Native to Italy and the Balkan Peninsula.
