Description:
A field slug is an herbivore and eats field crops. When they are born they are both male and female. Once they are adults they should be able to lay eggs. Their eggs are like a small, clear ball. They have small antennas. Once they are adults, they will eat algae and fungus. They will start to live burrows and cracks is the dirt. They will live to be 6-12 months old and rarely 18 months.
Habitat:
We found the slug in a field near the school.
