Field Notes

Description:

Keeltail Needlefish spotted in the tide pools near Shark's Cove, Oahu, Hawaii.

Notes:

At 6:30AM, just after sunrise, they photographed very well without the glare of the sun reflecting off the water's surface.

They are funny little guys. Very common I suppose, but often overlooked unless you look up at the water's surface.
