You're welcome. So now, if you agree with my ID suggestion, you click on "edit this spotting" right above your picture and then unclick "i need help with ID" and fill in the common and scientific name and put in a reference. You can use information from the reference in the description and habitat fields, and write a little about your spotting in the notes field.
Oh also thx u very much for welcoming me to this site. I look forward to taking full advantage of all it has to offer. I appreciate the quick links you suggested.
Welcome to Project Noah, MonaRichardson
I hope you like the site as much we do; there are many features you can explore:
I invite you to go to http://www.projectnoah.org/faq where you will find the purpose and “rules” of Project Noah.
There is a blog http://blog.projectnoah.org/ where we post articles from spotters with special insight into different organisms.
There are also the chats for help with identification, and to comment on your own and others’ spottings.
Look at the global and local missions to put your spottings into: http://www.projectnoah.org/missions
Enjoy yourself here, see you around!
