Habitat:

This beetle was under a log in the forest.

Notes:

When I picked it up, I was bitten by its long jaws. I felt a pinch, but it couldn't break through my skin.

Luis, that's probably a wise decision:-) I don't pick up tiger beetles, with their big sharp jaws.
