Description:

Smallest Stork; Black head, neck, back, wings, and tail,in contract to this white rump, underpart and parts of underwings; short bill; gray legs, with red coloured knees and feet.
During breeding season, bright red bare skin in front of eyes and bright blue at base of lower bill; bill is light greenish with red tip
