Description:

Family: Lasiocampidae (Tent Caterpillar and Lappet Moths). TL: 15-24 mm. Male (feathery antennae). A common hairy-looking brown moth (FW) with broad cream-colred AM and PM lines. Hosts: Deciduous trees, especially apple, cherry and crab apple.

Habitat:

Woodlands, attracted to light.
