Description:

I was told these are wild onions. They tasted pretty good!

Habitat:

In the Jemez Mountains of New Mexico near Battleship Rock. Approximately 7,000 feet elevation.

Notes:

I don't remember how close they were to water, but they were along a hiking path that we were taking to find some springs.
