Description:
An attractive bell-shaped moth about 15 mm long with shimmery brown wings. The costal margins were pale with evenly spaced dark specks . Each fore wing had a thin white line running from shoulder along the inner margins and sloping towards recurved apices. Each wing also had a single white spot.
Habitat:
Attracted to garden lights on a warm night
Notes:
Larvae of these moths feed on various species of plants including Cherry Ballart and Needle Hakea - both of which grown in these parts. <br>
This moth belongs to the Wingia group of Oecophorid moths.
