Field Notes

Description:

Mostly white with dark patches on the sides and neck. He was flattening himself and lifting his body to make himself look bigger. This species usually puffs up and pulls in its legs to mimic a pebble.

Habitat:

Found crossing the road in the middle of the day in desert scrub area.
