Thank you Wilson for the ID, when checked in the net I found an interesting thing that my soptting doent have orange markings, and near your suggested beetle I found Halmus chalybeus - Steelblue Lady Beetle which is more closer to my spotting, but there are no indication that they are found in Peninsular India.
