Description:

It was near my home in the garden. As usual I was cleaning the weeds near the flower pots and suddenly it was there, I think it is a rat snake, but not sure....

Habitat:

forest.........

we took it and realeased far from my house......

Do u have any closer pic of this snake it looks like Rhabdophis subminiatus helleri.
"Rhabdophis subminiatus is a rear-fanged species and was previously thought to be harmless. However, following one fatal and several near-fatal envenomations, the toxicity of its venom was investigated. As a result, it has recently been reclassified as a dangerous species. These snakes need to bite and hold on, or, repeatedly bite to have any effect on humans. This snake is poisonous due to its diet of poisonous frogs." [as per suggested link]
