Field Notes

Description:

A mated pair gathering materials for their nest.
They sang loudly and often :)

Habitat:

A farm in the mountains of VA, where they were using a nesting box on a fence.

Notes:

I love wrens, because they're just so spunky! They're tiny little birds with a lot of attitude.
