Field Notes

Description:

Pale yellow head, segmented brown and black antennae, body is oval-shaped and pale green to bright green in color. It has a triangle indentation on its back and two black ridges. There is a thin black and yellow stripe pattern around it. It has 6 almost translucent legs. The organs are visible on its underside.

Habitat:

Tall grass at RIT Campus near the softball fields.
