I believe these are out of range for Eastern Tiger Swallowtails, however, they could be Western Tiger Swallowtails or Canadian Swallowtails.

I am guessing at the ID as it is a bit difficult to see. Would it be possible to crop the photo so the butterflies are easier to see? Welcome to Project Noah!
