Field Notes

Description:

I found the remains of this armadillo near a marshy area that was quite far from the road. I think a predator must have killed it. I uploaded 3 pictures but I think only one of them worked. I turned over the outer "shell" and found the spine, pelvis, skull and other various bones. Armadillos are known to carry leprosy so I did all this with my foot and a stick.

Habitat:

Next to water with a lot of cattails; "marshy"
