Field Notes

Description:

The species is native to Asia and prefers to live in association with humans (villages, rice paddies).

Habitat:

There were several of these doves spotted flying singly or in pairs up and down the tourist beach of Kuta, Bali.

Notes:

These may be different individuals but all were photographed in the same spot in a span of less than 30 minutes.
