Field Notes

Description:

About a 14cm bird that is brown all over the back and has a light orange or yellow chest, white throat and the tell-tale white stripe above it's eyes.

Habitat:

Mixed forest.

Notes:

This little lady has a nest with babies (I can hear them) that I discovered yesterday in a roof crevice of a building that I frequent. I may try to photograph the nest and babies soon, but I didn't want to disturb her any more than I did already.
