Description:

Myrtle is an evergreen shrub-like plant, with white flowers and small blue fruit, that can grow up to 5 m high. The leaves are 3-5 cm long, simple, opposite, evergreen and leathery. The leaves have a pleasant ethereal odor. The flowers are hermaphrodite with 5 petals and many stamens.
