My sister in law took this picture , she said it was small and look like a demon ;) , does any one knows what kind of insect is it.

I think we can't call this one for sure Apatelodes torrefacta. Apatelodes looks not bad, but I would not dare to go down to species level just from this picture. http://www.boldsystems.org/index.php/Taxbrowser_Taxonpage?taxid=17952. I would go with Apatelodes sp.
Wow, this angle is awesome, I thought it was some kind of toy dragon / Pokemon !
It's hard to tell for sure from this interesting angle, but I think it is the only possibility. :-)
The legs look slightly different for different species. The abdomen is the dragon-like head, and the "wings" are sphinx moth wings.
no i swear its real , unfortunately its the only picture she took and its with her phone , i dont think its a sphinx moth , i just saw a bunch of pictures and the legs look very different .
Appears to be a fictional image. I think I have the real thing.
It looks like the underside of a Sphinx moth, Sphingidae, perhaps.
