Notes:

First time I saw this bug flying in Kubah national park I was amazed. It was big, red and very easy to see. I wasn't sure what it was until it landed. I spotted about 5 of these in the park. Spotting 2800!

Thanks bayucca and Lauren. Something this popular and commonly seen, I would have thought to be ID'd for sure.
Probably the most depicted Reduviidae, but obviously nobody dares to ID is, though... http://www.sciencephoto.com/media/367782/view IDed as Triatoma sp., but this is wrong, Triatoma is only found in the neotropics: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-MddafutS4es/UjDH9NGpjrI/AAAAAAAAQDQ/p73--d0y7SA/s1600/jungle9-swk07092013.jpg http://junglemikey.blogspot.ch/2012/01/assassin-bug.html http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_LOTw2nCuM_E/TEg0RHZ1MBI/AAAAAAAABiw/si2HzxROiig/s1600/DSC_0128_sw.jpg http://i.ytimg.com/vi/5mMigz57gvM/0.jpg http://www.gettyimages.ca/detail/photo/assassin-bug-on-fern-gunung-leuser-national-high-res-stock-photography/476854967 Nice video, you have to click somewhere to get it... http://player.mashpedia.com/player.php?q=WG56RZ3TDcY&lang=
