Description:

Family: Erebidae, Subfamily: Eulepidotinae (Eulepidotine Owlets).Total length: 22-25 mm. A common beige moth with two distinct dots on each wings. Orange-edged AM and PM lines. Orange thorax and abdomen. Hosts: Beech and oak.

Habitat:

Woodlands. Comes to light.
