Description:

A perennial herb, emerges late winter to flower in summer. Produces a mass of bright blue flowers with long, spiky bracts. A member of the Apiaceae family.

Habitat:

Native to Australia. Widespread throughout temperate woodlands and grasslands in Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia.
