Dark green, glossy teardrop leaves in clump formation at the base; long stem with delicate circular flowers at the top.

Habitat:

Pacific Northwest; full sun location

No, doesn't look the same. I'll try for a better picture tomorrow when it's in morning shade. The flower looks the same but the leaves are too high up the stem. My plant has clusters of leaves at the crown.
It's a little hard to tell from the photo, but possibly leafy spurge? http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/invasives/terrestrialplants/herbaceous/leafyspurge.html
