Description:

This looks very different from the Hydriomena perfracta I've seen, but appears to be the only likely match.

Habitat:

Deciduous/coniferous forest near pond. Attracted to light in this area.

Notes:

Lifer!

Thank you so much, Maria! I think it might be correlated with the "shattered" appearance of the lines on the wings, however I'm not sure, as such lines are quite present in many species of Hydriomena.
Beautiful! Wonder how it got that common name.
