Nice spot Sergio! I can tell you by experience that these are amazing wasps. They are essentially a paper wasp that build nests on tree trunks. I have seen some nests that measure nearly 2 meters long and 40 cetimeters wide. They also have an amazing sting. They usually draw blood because they sting so deeply! Yes, I have gotten too close to the nest!
