Yes, this is the same one, Monarda punctata. There are several within the Genus that are similar, but you can tell this one by the petals being yellow with purple spots. The petals are small and closer to the stalk. The larger, slightly purple things are the sepals. They start out very purple, but get bleached by the sun very quickly. They are everywhere right now though, very cool flowers!
