Field Notes

Description:

Copper-green head, copper flanks and rump. White collar and green wings and upper back. They don't sing much and their flight will sound like a deeper buzz then an Anna's. <br> For the bay area these are migratory breeders.

Habitat:

Not much of an urban Hummingbird but can be found in parks when near foothills.
This one was spotted in a Butterfly garden.
