Daisy

These daisies were about 16 inches from ground to flower. There were no roots, and it appeared as if the plant was growing straight out of the ground. The leaves had a alternate/whorled arrangement. The number of leaves decreased with the distance from the ground.
The flower itself was very pretty! There were about 12 white petals, each about 3 centimeters long and 3/4 centimeter wide. The pollen was stored in the center of the flower.
