Description:

About 8mm long

Habitat:

Urban backyard, on dill.

Notes:

I didn't even see this beetle while I was photographing a much larger, common Soldier Beetle. I only saw this beetle later, when I was reviewing my photos. I went back out to where I had seen the Soldier Beetle and it was still there, so I could get some good shots. 114

Seeing this beetles for the 1st time, wouldn't ever say they are close relatives to Erotylidae :)
