In my book the Spectacled is east coast down to Port Elizabeth with just a slight overlap with the Cape which continues round the coast up to Namibia. I don't think I saw either when I was there. Still haven't posted the photos!
Wonderful! Yes you are right, and this one does seem to be the one! Its a regular in the garden, Ill do my best to get better close ups! Thanks again Malcolm.
Just lost my comment! I switched to Cape as Spectacled stops short of the Cape!
