Description:

Odd looking Leafhopper. It is brown with a silver stripe across the wings. There are small, dark bumps on the wings. The eyes are green. The scutellum has two white spots. The abdomen is much longer than the wings.

Habitat:

This hopper was on a Pine tree at Lake Poway
