Field Notes

Description:

Neat little moth that looks like a bark chip, 8 mm long. It is reddish brown with deep wing ridges and furry boots on the 2nd pair of tibiae. The last 3 pictures were taken on 1 August 2014 in the same place.

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
