Field Notes

Description:

The mother wasn't terribly pleased with us having a picnic in her gazebo, but she tolerated us. I am impressed with how far parent birds shove their heads into the mouths of their young.

Notes:

I don't know one type of swallow from the next- I would love to have a more specific name for these birds.
