Description:

A female mallard duck laid her eggs under my bedroom window this spring. She had a total of 22 eggs laid before she started sitting. Unfortunately something killed her and then a few days later we had a hail storm with golf ball sized hail that destroyed the eggs. I'd already checked them (by candling them) a few hours before that and they were already dead. :(
