Description:

Also known as Yellow and black harlequin, spotted and flower longhorn, this beetle is between 1.5-2cm in length. The pattern on each one varies but the base of each antennal segment is always yellow.

Habitat:

seen on queen Anne's lace at Potteric carr nature reserve, Doncaster.

Notes:

former scientific name is strangalia maculata.
