Wildlife Spotting

A small insect approximately 1 1/2 cm long. Long antennae. The head and thorax are dark brown. the legs are a brownish red.
The wings are multicolored. A tan-ish color at the top joint of the wings, the a light brown. There are 2 prominent dark brown dots in the center of each wing.
