Thanks! I was thinking moth fly but yes, it does look like a Ricaniid moth hopper. Thanks! :)
If you look at the wings, Veronica, you can see that the venation is completely different from fly, or butterfly type. I'm more reminded of a moth, b.t.w. This is kind of a Leafhopper - know them, but not their name :-(
