Ah, interesting :) Had to search for "Lizard Beetle", seems there are only 4 species in Germany, and they don't look similar to the ones in the photo. But there are some similar in that family as I've seen in the google-image-search. But since I'm no pro, just an amateur entomologist ;), I needed help to identify these guys - http://www.kerbtier.de/cgi-bin/de_SnapSingle.cgi?ID=121 - thus I even didn't know that they are Tenebrionid ;)
Very interesting Tenebrionid. The antennae are unusual. I thought it might be a Lizard Beetle at first.
