Description:

Swimming across a coral reef one comes across a flannel cloth type material every now and again...to your amazement you discover that it is the egg ribbon of the nudibranchs you have been photographing!

Like the nudibranchs they come in a very wide variety of colors, shapes and sizes

Habitat:

Deep reef, 30m+ at Sodwana Bay, South Africa
