Look at the wings - its a Baltimore as it has the yellow-orange and white wingbars.
Some kind of an Oriole. Looks either like Icterus spurius or Icterus galbula. Persoanlly I cannot separate them for sure. Icterus galbula is probably much more common than the other one. What do you think? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orchard_Oriole https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baltimore_Oriole
