Oops, saw all the green and missed the face and tail coloration differences. My mistake this is Christmas Wrasse.
On this page you can see the differences between a Christmas Wrasse and a Surge Wrasse. Most notably the face area patterning. Easiest though, the Christmas Wrasse is primarily Red, While the Surge Wrasse is primarily green. Check reference: http://www.marinelifephotography.com/fishes/wrasses/wrasses.htm
Similar to the surge wrasse, but "opposite" coloring patterns. This is Christmas Wrasse.
