Description:

Medium-sized bird of prey. Orange-ish plumage with black and white banded tail.

Habitat:

In a tall tree in a somewhat busy, large County park in inland, northern San Diego County.

Notes:

Two birds landed; one flew off after a few seconds, other stayed for 40 minutes.
